Support the Cause:  One person can make a difference.  Nowhere is that more evident than the story of the American Cancer Society Relay For Life, which began in the mid-1980s.  Relay For Life is a life-changing event that gives everyone in the community a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease. 

Description:  The Relay For Life 5k & Kids Fun Run will be held on Friday, May 4th, 2012 at 7:00pm.  The 5k Run will begin promptly at 7:00pm.  The Kids Fun Run will begin at 7:05pm.

5k Run Course:    The Relay For Life 5k Run Course begins and ends on the track of Lincolnton High School Stadium.  The 5k run is a challenging one lap course throughout scenic Lincolnton, utilizing many beautiful neighborhoods and the Marcia H. Cloninger Rail Trail.

Kids Fun Run:  The Relay For Life Kids Fun Run is a single loop around the track at Lincolnton High School Stadium.  All participants in the Kids Fun Run will receive a finishers medal.

Printable Registration Form

Timing System:  The 5k Run will be timed using chip timing.  The Kid Fun Run will NOT be a timed event.

Packet Pick-up:  Race day pack pick up only.  You may pick up your packet from 4:30-6:00pm on Friday, May 4th, 2012 at the Lincolnton High School Stadium track entrance.
