Proceeds Benefit Cornerstone's Missions Team and New Vision Ministries of Haiti

Description:  Join Cornerstone Church and the Town of Maiden for the first annual Run the Race Family Fun Run/Walk!  Walkers and Families are welcome!  Prizes will be awarded for top male and female finisher and for age group winners.  All pre-registered entrants will receive a free T-shirt.  Please register by August 15 to ensure a T-shirt, then while supplies last on race day.  The race begins and ends at Cornerstone Church located at 409 E Main Street in Maiden.  Race Day Registration will be from 7:30am-8:30am with the race starting promptly at 9:00am.  Pre-registered participants can pick up their packets from 7:30am-8:30am as well.  Come join us for a great fun-filled family event on September 15th!

5k Run/Walk Course Description:  The 5k run/walk course begins and ends at Cornerstone Church.  The course is mostly flat with a few rolling hills to challenge you along the way.

Pricing: 
Before August 31, 2012:  $15.00

After August 31, 2012 and on Race Day:  $20.00
Please register before August 15th to ensure a T-shirt.  On Race Day, T-shirts will only be available while supplies last.

Timing:  Run the Race Family Fun Run 5k will be a manually timed event. 

Age Division and Awards:  Awards will be given to the overall male and female finishers along with 1st place awards for the male and female winners in the following age groups:
12 and under
13-19 yrs old
20-29 yrs old
30-39 yrs old
40-49 yrs old
50-59 yrs old
60 and older
